I bought an Insignia NS-H4005 DVD / VCR home theater system and have never had a VCR that you, the cable TV cable into the video-screw can, then my TV program and may not have the channels on them. It also means that does not contain a tuner. I have the cylindrical yellow, red, white and plugged / VCR-DVD. She says I can record from my TV, but I have no idea how. Can I record TV programs on this system?
